Blood collection is performed by trained Care & Diagnostics Specialists who follow standardized protocols for venipuncture, specimen labeling, and documentation. We prioritize patient comfort, privacy, and professionalism at every step, offering a calm and supportive experience for individuals who may feel anxious or unfamiliar with the process. Whether blood collection is part of routine testing, workplace requirements, or a clinician-directed order, our approach emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Appointments may take place in a client’s home when appropriate or at a designated private clinical location when in-home service is not available. All collection environments are selected to support confidentiality, infection-control practices, and proper biohazard handling. Core Bio Care supplies all necessary collection materials and ensures specimens are prepared for submission according to applicable requirements. Blood collection services may support a variety of testing needs, including wellness panels, specialty testing, and externally ordered laboratory work. Preparation instructions, such as fasting or timing considerations, are communicated in advance to help ensure accurate results and a smooth appointment experience. Core Bio Care provides specimen collection and administrative support services only. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, or interpret laboratory results. Test analysis and result reporting are completed through the appropriate ordering provider or laboratory. Our goal is to make blood collection accessible, professional, and respectful, especially for individuals who may face barriers to traditional care settings, while maintaining the standards and clarity expected in healthcare-adjacent services.
Cancellation Policy
Core Bio Care provides specimen collection and administrative support services only. Blood collection services are limited to professional venipuncture performed for laboratory testing, wellness screening, or fulfillment of a valid external laboratory or clinician order. Core Bio Care does not diagnose medical conditions, interpret laboratory results, prescribe treatment, or provide medical advice. All testing analysis and result reporting are completed by the ordering provider or laboratory. Blood collection services are performed by trained Care & Diagnostics Specialists using standardized procedures for venipuncture, specimen labeling, handling, and documentation. Core Bio Care supplies necessary collection materials and manages sharps and biohazard materials according to applicable safety practices. Clients are responsible for following all preparation instructions provided prior to their appointment, including fasting or timing requirements. Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect specimen quality or require rescheduling. Services may be provided in a client’s home when appropriate or at a designated private clinical location. Core Bio Care reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or reschedule services if the collection environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or inaccessible at the time of service. Any required parking, gate, or community access fees are the responsibility of the client. By scheduling or purchasing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy and understands the limited scope of Core Bio Care’s services.
