• Replace licensed healthcare providers

• Exercise clinical judgment

All medical care and clinical decision-making are provided solely by licensed healthcare professionals.

No Provider–Patient Relationship

Use of Core Bio Care’s services does not create a provider–patient relationship between you and Core Bio Care, its employees, contractors, or representatives. Any provider–patient relationship exists only between you and your licensed healthcare provider.

Eligibility & Use by Minors

Core Bio Care services may be used by minors only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By enrolling a minor in services, the parent or legal guardian represents that they:

• Have legal authority to provide consent

• Accept responsibility for all decisions related to the minor’s participation

• Agree to these Terms on the minor’s behalf

User Responsibilities

By using Core Bio Care’s services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

Services paused or stopped for safety or verification reasons are not considered a failure to deliver services.

Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Core Bio Care offers a mix of per-service, package, and subscription-based services.

Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Core Bio Care is not liable for medical outcomes, clinical decisions, or actions taken by licensed healthcare providers or third parties

• Core Bio Care is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside its control

Core Bio Care’s liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or related to Core Bio Care’s services or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials related to disputes with Core Bio Care.
