Cancellation Policy

Clarity Calls are phone-based healthcare guidance sessions designed to provide general support, education, and possible next-step direction. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Service: • Clarity Starter Call — $15 • Approximately 10-minute phone call Clients may select a preferred date and time during booking. While Core BioCare works hard to call as close as possible to the selected appointment time, slight scheduling variations may occasionally occur. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate phone number and being available during their appointment window. Core BioCare is not responsible for missed calls due to unanswered calls, incorrect phone numbers, blocked calls, or phone service issues. If you miss your scheduled call, please contact Core BioCare as soon as possible regarding possible rescheduling options. Missed appointments and same-day cancellations may not qualify for refunds due to reserved scheduling time. Clarity Calls are intended for supportive healthcare guidance and navigation only.
