Core Bio Care provides in-home telehealth facilitation to ensure your virtual appointment runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. We come to you and provide structured, non-clinical support before, during, and immediately after your telehealth visit. This service is designed for individuals who need assistance navigating virtual medical appointments from home. It is especially helpful for seniors, patients managing chronic conditions, postpartum mothers, individuals with limited technology confidence, or anyone who prefers structured support during healthcare visits. Our process begins with pre-visit preparation. We assist with device setup, internet connection checks, platform login access, camera positioning, and audio testing. We help organize your medication list, symptoms, and questions so you feel prepared before the provider joins. During the telehealth visit, we remain present in a supportive, non-clinical role to help maintain organization, document key instructions if requested, and ensure the technology functions properly. We do not speak on your behalf unless directed by you, and we do not provide medical advice. After the visit, we assist with reviewing the provider’s instructions, organizing next steps, scheduling follow-up appointments if needed, and coordinating lab specimen collection services when applicable. For safety and compliance, Core Bio Care does not diagnose conditions, interpret medical results, prescribe medications, or replace licensed healthcare providers. All clinical decision-making remains between you and your medical professional. It is important to note that this service focuses specifically on single-visit telehealth facilitation. Ongoing coordination of multiple providers, long-term care planning, and structured health management fall under our separate Case Management and Care Navigation services. With In-Home Telehealth Facilitation, you can expect professionalism, confidentiality, clear service boundaries, and organized support designed to reduce stress and improve healthcare follow-through. Cancellation Policy

Core Bio Care provides scheduled, in-home telehealth facilitation services by appointment only. The following booking policy ensures fairness, professionalism, and efficient service delivery. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our official booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may receive a full credit toward a future visit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable due to reserved travel time and scheduling limitations. If Core Bio Care staff arrive at the scheduled location and the client is unavailable, the appointment will be considered a completed visit and will not be eligible for refund. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their telehealth appointment time is accurate at the time of booking. If the healthcare provider is late, we will remain on site for up to 20 minutes beyond the scheduled start time. Extended waiting time beyond 20 minutes may incur additional fees. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for client readiness upon arrival. If the home environment is not accessible or safe for service delivery, Core Bio Care reserves the right to discontinue the appointment without refund. Service is provided within our defined geographic service area. Appointments outside the standard service radius may incur a travel fee. This service is non-clinical in nature. Core Bio Care does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We support telehealth access and appointment organization only. By booking this service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy and all applicable service terms.
