Core BioCare offers flexible contractor opportunities for skilled mobile phlebotomists who are interested in expanding their careers while making a meaningful impact in the community. This role provides the opportunity to grow beyond traditional phlebotomy into telehealth facilitation and care navigation through additional training and hands-on experience.
As a Mobile Phlebotomist contractor with Core BioCare, you will be responsible for providing specimen collection services in client homes and other approved settings. You will represent the company with professionalism, accuracy, and compassion while ensuring that all procedures are performed safely and correctly. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a mobile healthcare environment.
We are seeking candidates who hold an active phlebotomy certification and have strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills. Previous experience is preferred, particularly in mobile settings or working in patient homes. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.
To qualify for this contractor opportunity, applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to client locations. A smartphone is required for communication and scheduling purposes. All applicants must also be willing to undergo a background check as part of the onboarding process.
Core BioCare requires all contractors to carry appropriate insurance coverage prior to onboarding. This includes active professional liability insurance, general liability insurance, and automobile insurance. Proof of coverage must be provided before any assignments can be accepted.
Contractors are expected to have their own basic phlebotomy supplies and equipment necessary to perform services safely and efficiently. Applicants should be prepared to list the equipment and supplies they currently have available as part of the application process.
